How to Use:

Apply to clean skin after washing.
Take one mask from the bag, unfold, and align the eye and mouth positions with your face.
Press lightly to ensure a snug fit without air gaps.
For eye care, use the folded part to cover the eyes. If applied on the upper eyes, keep them closed. Remove the mask after about 10 minutes.
Gently pat the remaining essence on the skin for maximum effectiveness.

About Shipping & Customs Duties

Shipping commences within 1-4 days post-order. Each product is assigned a tracking number for your convenience. We primarily ship via Japan Post, but you have the option to select FedEx or DHL based on your location and product during checkout. Guaranteed delivery is also available for an extra charge. Please note, once delivery is confirmed to your specified address or directly to you, responsibility for the goods, including any loss or theft, transfers to the buyer. Exchanges and Refunds Policy

Returns must be shipped back to our headquarters at the buyer's expense, unless specified otherwise for certain items, where we will provide a FedEx return label. Upon receipt, items will be inspected, and exchanges or refunds will be processed accordingly.
