About Shipping & Customs Duties

Shipping commences within 1-4 days post-order. Each product is assigned a tracking number for your convenience. We primarily ship via Japan Post, but you have the option to select FedEx or DHL based on your location and product during checkout. Guaranteed delivery is also available for an extra charge. Please note, once delivery is confirmed to your specified address or directly to you, responsibility for the goods, including any loss or theft, transfers to the buyer.
